Bhubaneswar, Sep 18 (NationPress) The Monsoon Session of the Odisha Assembly began on Thursday, with the House adjourning after a condolence motion was passed to honor leaders who recently passed away.
The motion was introduced by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on the inaugural day of the fourth session of the 17th Odisha Legislative Assembly.
This motion pays tribute to late former minister and current Nuapada MLA Rajendra Dholakia, former Deputy Speaker and Minister Bibhuti Bhushan Singh Mardaraj, and other former members including Prasanna Pattnaik, Karendra Majhi, Niranjan Hembram, Prafulla Kumar Bhanja, and Mohammad Rafique.
