Patna, April 23 (NationPress) Bihar experienced its inaugural grand air show to commemorate Vijay Diwas, a celebration honoring Babu Veer Kunwar Singh, the iconic freedom fighter from the 1857 revolt.
The main attraction of the day was the awe-inspiring display by the Indian Air Force's 'Surya Kiran' Aerobatic Team, captivating thousands of onlookers along the Ganges in Patna.
Present at the event was Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, as the show was staged at the picturesque JP Ganga Path, right in front of the renowned Sabhyata Dwar.
From a specially designed German hangar that accommodated thousands, both the Chief Minister and the public enjoyed the exhilarating feats performed by nine fighter jets from the IAF.
Launching from Bihta Airbase, the aircraft of the Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team ascended into the skies, executing accurate and daring aerial maneuvers at elevations of up to a thousand feet.
