Amaravati, Feb 15 (NationPress) The president of the Jana Sena Party and Andhra Pradesh's Deputy Chief Minister, Pawan Kalyan, inaugurated the party's membership drive at its central office located in Mangalagiri on Sunday.

The actor-turned-politician kicked off the event by becoming the first member, contributing Rs 2 crore towards the registration.

During his speech, he emphasized the importance of individuals who comprehend the party's ideology and are willing to promote its objectives. Such individuals are essential for the party's growth, he noted.

Pawan Kalyan reminisced that Jana Sena began with just 150 members. He shared that the initial phase of active membership in 2021 registered 90,000 members, which swelled to 600,000 before elections and reached 12.98 lakh post-elections.
