Will PM Modi's Warning to Pakistan Lead to Total Annihilation?

Adampur Airbase (Punjab), May 13 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday delivered a stern warning to Pakistan and the terrorist factions it backs, asserting that India’s revised approach to combating terrorism entails targeting the source, deep within enemy lines. “Hum ghar mein ghus kar marenge aur bachane ka ek mauka tak nahi denge,” the Prime Minister proclaimed passionately during his address to air personnel at the Adampur Air Force base in Punjab.

He commended India’s military for their robust counteraction following last week’s Pahalgam terror incident, which resulted in the deaths of 26 individuals due to attacks by militants linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba. ‘Operation Sindoor’—India’s rapid, coordinated military response—was directed at nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and regions occupied by Pakistan, followed by hostilities where India successfully countered Pakistani missile and drone attacks.

“This is our new normal,” PM Modi stated, referencing Operation Sindoor, which he characterized as the first joint combat operation involving all three military branches since the 1971 conflict. “India's Laxman Rekha against terrorism is now unmistakably clear. Should another terror incident occur, India will respond decisively—just as we did during the surgical strikes and air strikes. Operation Sindoor represents India’s new standard,” he asserted.

Criticizing Pakistan’s military support for terrorist groups, PM Modi remarked: “Jis Pakistani sena ke bharose ye aatanki baithhe the, Bharatiya sena, Bharat ki Air Force aur Bharatiyon ne us Pakistani sena ko bhi dhool chata di hai. (The terrorists who relied on the Pakistani Army—the Indian Army, the Indian Air Force, and the people of India have made that Pakistani Army face defeat).”

He emphasized that India’s advancing military capabilities should act as a deterrent. “Our drones, our missiles—just the thought of them will keep Pakistan awake at night.”

During his address, the Prime Minister expressed profound appreciation for the armed forces. “Every Indian is proud of you... you have made history. I seek your blessings. You stand as an inspiration for both this and future generations. I salute the Army, Navy, and Air Force.”

“The terrorists challenged us... but you confronted them directly. You eradicated their terror bases and eliminated 100 terrorists. They now understand that any attempt to attack us will lead to their annihilation... complete annihilation,” PM Modi stated.

The Adampur Air Force base was recently at the center of military tensions and became the target of a deceptive campaign from Pakistan. Islamabad falsely asserted that its China-made JF-17 jets had destroyed the base and incapacitated one of India’s Russian-made S-400 air defense systems.

In response, India released a photograph of PM Modi saluting soldiers at Adampur, with a fully operational S-400 system visible in the background—effectively countering claims from across the border and reaffirming India’s military credibility.

As the speech concluded with chants of “Bharat Mata ki Jai,” the message was unmistakable: India will no longer tolerate cross-border terrorism and will respond not only defensively but with pre-emptive precision.
