Patna, Oct 25 (NationPress) After the RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav criticized the NDA government for the supposed mismanagement of train services during the Chhath festival, Bihar BJP president Dilip Jaiswal responded, accusing the former chief minister of disseminating false information.
"The trains that are operating for Bihar are documented, and this is indisputable. Lalu Prasad Yadav doesn't even seem to be aware of who manages his X (previously Twitter) account. He has a longstanding habit of jumlabaji to confuse the public, and now those running his social media are perpetuating the same narrative," stated Jaiswal.
"They ought to at least avoid spreading unfounded claims during the Chhath festival," he remarked.
In response to an RJD poster portraying Tejashwi Yadav as a Nayak (hero), Jaiswal asserted, "The NDA represents five Pandavas, while they are akin to the Kauravas. As Prime Minister Narendra Modi mentioned, Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav undertook a Yatra in Bihar opposing the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, only to later usurp the title of Jan Nayak from Bharat Ratna Karpoori Thakur. This is an affront to Bihar."
"The title of Jan Nayak can solely belong to Karpoori Thakur and no one else. Now the RJD has omitted Jan and refers to Tejashwi simply as Nayak, but as the elections approach, he will inevitably transform into a Khalnayak," Jaiswal added.
Earlier, Lalu sharply criticized the BJP and NDA government, claiming they were misinforming the public about the operation of special trains for the festival.
Lalu posted on X, "The self-proclaimed king of deceit and master of unfulfilled promises boasted that out of 13,198 trains nationwide, 12,000 would operate for Bihar during Chhath. This too proved to be a blatant falsehood. Even during Chhath, they are unable to manage train services adequately for Biharis who have endured migration for two decades under the NDA government."
The RJD chief further lambasted the NDA for failing to advance Bihar's development, stating, "My fellow Biharis are compelled to travel under deplorable conditions. How disgraceful is this? Due to the flawed policies of the double-engine government, over 4 crore individuals from Bihar migrate annually for employment."
