New Delhi, May 17 (NationPress) Amit Malviya, who heads the BJP's National Information and Technology Department, has taken aim at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, alleging that he is ‘insecure’ and ‘jealous’ for failing to nominate the ‘articulate’ Shashi Tharoor for the multi-party MP delegations intended by the Centre to address issues regarding Pakistan.
