Jaipur, Jan 24 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Bhajan Lal Sharma, took part in the Ram Katha and Gau Mahotsav held in Kota on Saturday, alongside the revered spiritual guide Dhirendra Shastri, the Peethadheeshwar of Bageshwar Dham.
In his address, the Chief Minister emphasized that Ram Katha transcends mere religious storytelling; it serves as a comprehensive guide to leading a meaningful and disciplined life.
He remarked that Ram Katha instructs on the responsibilities of being a son, the love of a brother, the devotion of a husband, and the duties of an exemplary ruler.
“If society embraces the principles of Shri Ram in everyday life, we can progress towards realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Ram Rajya,” he stated.
Highlighting the essence of Sanatan culture, CM Sharma noted its deep roots in nature reverence, reflected in traditions of venerating rivers, mountains, trees, and Mother Cow.
