Rajasthan CM Urges Timely Completion of Development Projects

Jaipur, Jan 3 (NationPress) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma stated that the state government is advancing the 'Antyodaya' resolution through numerous development initiatives to ensure that the common people have access to roads, water, electricity, health services, and basic facilities.
He directed the officials to establish a timeline for the completion of these development projects and to ensure that they are finished on schedule.
Sharma made these remarks during a review meeting concerning the development projects in the Sanganer Assembly constituency, which took place at the Chief Minister's residence on Friday.
The meeting reviewed the advancement of various development projects related to the Energy Department, Public Works Department (PWD), Medical and Health, Revenue, Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Autonomous Governance, Water Resources, and Urban Development Department. He instructed all departments to collaborate effectively to complete their tasks.
The Chief Minister emphasized that all departments must continuously monitor their projects to prevent inconveniences for the public.
He also provided essential guidelines to the officials regarding the construction of a 132 KV GSS in Pratap Nagar and the underground installation of power lines.
Sharma mentioned that the PWD and NHAI should work together to finalize the Bhankrota flyover promptly to facilitate smoother traffic flow. He instructed the PWD to ensure high-quality construction of the flyover, underpass, and the Bilwa flyover at a 200-feet intersection.
He remarked that the road widening project from the RICO culvert to the Malpura Railway Gate should be expedited to enhance traffic flow.
Sharma stated that pending applications for water connections should be processed promptly through a campaign under the Prithviraj Nagar Project. He also assessed the strengthening and improvement of the drinking water distribution system in the Jaipur Municipal Corporation area under Amrit 2.0.
The Chief Minister requested the concerned department to formulate an action plan outlining all development works in the Sanganer Assembly constituency.
He urged that encroachments around the historically significant gates in Sanganer be removed and their beautification should be aligned with the design of the ramparts.
CM Sharma pointed out that with Jaipur's growing population, it is crucial to undertake proper urban planning to manage the increasing resource demands effectively. He insisted that the Urban Development Department must complete all its development tasks promptly.
Present at the meeting were Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant, Additional Chief Secretary for Water Resources Abhay Kumar, and Additional Chief Secretary for Finance Akhil Arora, among others.
