Rajasthan Leaders Attend Devendra Fadnavis's Swearing-In Ceremony in Maharashtra

Jaipur, Dec 5 (NationPress) Rajasthan's Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari participated in the swearing-in ceremony of Devendra Fadnavis, the newly elected Chief Minister of Maharashtra, held in Mumbai on Thursday.
The Chief Minister extended his congratulations to Fadnavis for assuming office, along with Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, who were sworn in as Deputy Chief Ministers.
Sharma emphasized that the dual-engine government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is set to steer Maharashtra's development in a new and accelerated direction.
Additionally, Rajasthan's Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari also attended the event.
Previously, Devendra Fadnavis took the oath as Chief Minister for the third time, amidst a prominent assembly of NDA leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during this significant event.
The oath was administered by Governor CP Radhakrishnan.
With this swearing-in, Fadnavis embarks on his third term. Former Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and former Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar were also inaugurated as Deputy Chief Ministers within the cabinet led by Fadnavis.
It is anticipated that Fadnavis will expand his cabinet on December 11 or 12, prior to the upcoming winter session of the state legislature commencing on December 16 in Nagpur.
Several Union ministers, such as Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, Shivraj Chouhan, JP Nadda (also the BJP president), Nirmala Sitharaman, Piyush Goyal, Bhupendra Yadav, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Chirag Paswan, HD Kumaraswamy, and Ramdas Athavale, were among those present.
The ceremony was attended by over 40,000 people, including notable industry figures like Mukesh Ambani with Anant Ambani, Kumar Mangalam Birla, Anil Ambani, Dilip Sanghavi, and Deepak Parekh.
Prominent Bollywood celebrities, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranvir Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, and Madhuri Dixit, also attended in large numbers.
Consul Generals from various nations were present as well.
