Noting the substantial number of grievances from Jaipur and Jodhpur, he pointed out that despite these being extensive districts, measures should be taken to decrease the backlog of unresolved cases through speedy interventions.
Pant underscored the significance of increasing public satisfaction by guaranteeing effective complaint resolutions.
He instructed officials to gather feedback from those who lodged complaints to confirm whether their issues were adequately addressed.
In situations where assistance cannot be offered due to fiscal limitations or regulatory restrictions, complainants should be duly informed, Pant advised.
He also urged authorities to minimize resolution durations, ensuring that no complaint lingers unresolved for more than six months.
Pending grievances must be tackled swiftly, without awaiting deadlines, to provide rapid relief to the populace and enhance district standings.
The Chief Secretary additionally advocated for improved collaboration between departments and district officials to hasten grievance redressal.

Moreover, he instructed that complaints concerning essential services, including the Public Health Engineering Department, Medical, Ration, and Finance, should be prioritized and addressed on a weekly basis.
He stated that district and department officials should enhance coordination for the swift disposal of complaints.
Additionally, arrangements should be made to upload resolved complaints along with images on the portal, further establishing its authenticity.
Earlier this month, Pant had cautioned against hookah bars, which are prohibited in the state.
Presiding over the meeting of the State Level Committee of Narco Coordination Center Mechanism (NCORD), he directed the Police Department to take immediate action under the Rajasthan Hookah Bar Prohibition Act - 2019 to fulfill Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma's vision of a drug-free state.
