Rajasthan Chief Secy, DGP inspect 181 helpline centre in Jaipur
Rajasthan Chief Secretary V. Srinivas and Director General of Police Rajiv Sharma on Tuesday, 28 April conducted a joint inspection of the Rajasthan Sampark 181 Helpline Centre at the Government Secretariat, Jaipur, reviewing its operational systems and assessing the quality of public grievance redressal. The visit was part of the state government's drive to strengthen good governance and reinforce a zero-tolerance approach towards lapses in public service delivery.
