Key Takeaways
Jaipur, March 24 (NationPress) The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) in Ajmer made a remarkable achievement on Tuesday by announcing the Class 10 results in a mere 24 days, setting a national record for the swiftest result release.
This marks the first instance in its history where the Board has released results in March, ahead of the Class 12 results which are anticipated shortly.
Over 10.5 lakh students from across the state participated in the exams held from February 12 to February 28, 2026.
This year, the overall pass percentage reached an impressive 94.23%, with girls leading at 94.2% compared to boys at 93.63%.
The prompt release of results has brought relief to students and parents, facilitating timely preparations for the new academic year starting April 1.
"This year's Board performance is being recognized as a new standard in Rajasthan's educational framework, characterized by speed, transparency, and high-quality results," officials stated.
In addition to this historic accomplishment, numerous students have showcased outstanding individual performances, demonstrating that hard work and determination can surmount any challenges.
In Sikar, Priyanshi Sunda, the daughter of a farmer, achieved a remarkable 99.83%, earning her place among the top students in the state.
Living with her maternal grandfather, a retired Army veteran, Priyanshi adhered to a disciplined study routine, dedicating seven to eight hours at school and an extra hour at home for revision.
She successfully balanced her academic commitments with family responsibilities and now aims to become an engineer, preparing for the JEE.
In Alwar, Adesh Kumar, son of a daily wage laborer, secured 96.67%. To better focus on his studies, he relocated to his maternal uncle's home in Malakhera when his original home environment proved distracting.
His uncle, Roopsingh, praised Adesh's self-discipline and commitment, highlighting that he refrained from mobile phone use and remained focused on his studies.
Another remarkable achiever, Saloni, whose mother Manju Devi serves as a Constable in the Kalika Patrolling Unit, scored 98%.
Saloni utilized AI tools on her mobile to tackle challenging academic questions, memorizing explanations to enhance her comprehension.
Initially limited from using her phone during study periods, she gained her mother's support once the educational benefits of technology were articulated.
Meanwhile, Kanak Prajapat from Duhar Chaugan at Thana Ghazi in Ajmer attained 96.83%, all while managing household duties alongside her studies.
Her father, a mason, and her elder brother, who was last year's top scorer in their village, supported her studies, enabling Kanak to devote time to her academic pursuits despite domestic responsibilities.
These achievements underscore the resilience, discipline, and creativity of students from varying backgrounds—farmers, laborers, and government employees—illustrating that talent combined with hard work can conquer any hurdle.
"With the RBSE achieving a record for the quickest result release and students attaining exceptional scores, this year's Class 10 results in Rajasthan exemplify both institutional efficiency and individual excellence," officials remarked.
