New Delhi, Sep 14 (NationPress) A habitual cyber fraudster has been apprehended following a collaborative effort between the Bihar Cyber Crime Police and Mumbai Police. This individual threatened to execute an RDX blast in Mumbai amid the Ganeshotsav festival.

The suspect, known as Ashwin Supra, was initially detained in Noida by a specialized team before being transferred to the Mumbai Police for further questioning.

Supra sent a menacing message via WhatsApp to the Mumbai Traffic Police, alleging that 400 kg of RDX had been concealed in 34 vehicles scattered throughout the city, endangering over one crore lives.

The chilling threat, coinciding with the end of the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, prompted an extensive security operation in Mumbai.
