Sagale is a 2007-batch IAS officer from the Gujarat cadre. Prior to his new role, he held various administrative positions, including Director General of the Sports Authority of Gujarat and Industries Commissioner. His previous experience also includes serving as the district collector for Narmada, Bharuch, Banaskantha, and Ahmedabad.
