Gwalior, March 14 (NationPress) Union Minister for Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia expressed his disapproval of the Congress party on Saturday, accusing it of unwarrantedly politicising current issues and making groundless allegations against the BJP government amid the ongoing crisis in West Asia.

The Minister affirmed that the Strait of Hormuz remains accessible and that gas supplies to India are uninterrupted.

He asserted that India is well-stocked with fuel, including petrol and diesel, yet the Congress appears to be attempting to exploit this delicate situation for political gain.

"There is no crisis concerning the availability of petrol, diesel, or kerosene in India. The Congress party is needlessly politicising this matter, while the nation genuinely requires a constructive perspective to bolster itself," Scindia remarked during a press interaction in Guna.

During his visit, Scindia participated in a public hearing, engaging with citizens, addressing their concerns, and instructing officials to promptly resolve their issues.

A total of 710 applications were submitted during the public hearing, with 98 grievances being addressed immediately, while instructions were given for timely resolution of the remaining requests, which were sent to the appropriate departments as per the established protocols.

Scindia highlighted the importance of ensuring that every single application is addressed. He mentioned that for cases where resolution is not possible, clear explanations must be provided.

"Issues related to the Central government should be sent to my office, while matters concerning the state government should be handled through the Minister-in-Charge and other local representatives," Scindia added.

The Union Minister praised the district administration's efforts, particularly the Collector and the Superintendent of Police, for effectively organising the public hearing.

He concluded that the successful resolution of public grievances relies on collaboration between elected officials and the administration.
