Hyderabad, Oct 20 (NationPress) The Governors and Chief Ministers of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh extended their heartfelt greetings to the public on the auspicious occasion of Diwali.
Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma and Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy conveyed their warm wishes during this festival of lights.
In his message, the Governor emphasized that this festival symbolizes the triumph of righteousness over evil. He expressed hope that such occasions motivate us to overcome contemporary challenges and foster a society grounded in peace, amity, and communal harmony.
Varma encouraged people to support local artisans by purchasing indigenous products for the festivities, embodying the spirit of Atmanirbhar Bharat during this celebration.

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu also expressed his wishes, recalling the day when Sri Krishna and Satyabhama defeated the demon Narakasura. He stated that Diwali signifies a transition from darkness to light, and he hopes this festival brings even more brightness into people's lives.
