The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) is scheduled to publish the TNEA 2026 rank list on 29 June 2025, which will determine eligibility and relative standing for admissions across engineering colleges in the state. The counselling schedule, however, remains unconfirmed. Officials indicated the process could begin later than usual because the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has not yet released its academic calendar and counselling guidelines for the upcoming academic year.
