In response to this devastating incident, the Rajasthan BJP unit has decided to suspend all political rallies and events until further notice.

The passengers from Rajasthan included Shubh and Shagun Modi, children of the well-known Udaipur marble entrepreneur Sanjeev Modi, who were both aboard the doomed flight.

These two were MBA graduates managing their family business.

The third passenger from Rajasthan was Vardichand Menaria, who was from Rundeda (Vallabhnagar) and lived in Udaipur's Hiranmagri. He was also on the flight.

Vardichand had returned from London a month ago and was traveling back with his colleague Prakash Menaria from Rohira village (near Uttarakhand), who was a cook in London.

Another confirmed passenger was Khushboo Rajpurohit, a young woman from Araba (Balotra in Rajasthan). She had recently married on January 18 and was on her way to meet her husband, Vipul Singh Rajpurohit, a doctor in London.

This marked her first trip to London post-wedding, according to her family.

He visited Sanjeev Modi's residence in Saheli Nagar to provide support.
