Washington, March 16 (NationPress) President Donald Trump shared on Monday that Susie Wiles, the Chief of Staff at the White House, has been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer. Despite this health challenge, she will continue her responsibilities at the White House while undergoing treatment.

In a social media update, Trump expressed his admiration for Wiles, describing her as a valued adviser and showing optimism regarding her recovery. He remarked, “Susie Wiles is an exceptional Chief of Staff, a wonderful individual, and one of the most resilient people I know. Sadly, she has received a diagnosis of early-stage breast cancer but has resolved to tackle this challenge head-on without delay,” Trump stated.

He mentioned that Wiles has initiated preparation for her treatment and is receiving support from a robust medical team. “She has an excellent medical team, and her outlook is promising! Throughout her treatment, she will be almost full-time at the White House, which is reassuring for me as President,” Trump added.

Trump further highlighted Wiles' importance in his administration, stating, “Her determination and dedication to continue performing the role she loves, even during treatment, speaks volumes about her character.”

Describing her as a pivotal member of his team, Trump emphasized her commitment to serving the American people. “As one of my closest and most significant advisors, Susie is tough and deeply dedicated to our nation,” he asserted.

Trump and First Lady Melania Trump expressed their support for Wiles as she embarks on her treatment journey. “Melania and I stand by her in every way, and we eagerly anticipate collaborating with Susie on the many positive initiatives benefiting our country!” the President expressed.

In the wake of this announcement, White House officials quickly rallied in support of Wiles. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt commended Wiles' leadership and personal qualities via social media, stating, “Susie Wiles embodies the essence of strong leadership. She is also one of the kindest individuals I have ever encountered,” Leavitt remarked.
