Patna, Jan 27 (NationPress) The Patna Court has issued a warrant as of Monday against Sanjeev Mukhiya, who is believed to be the main orchestrator behind numerous question paper leak incidents.

The court has instructed the Economic Offences Unit (EOU) to apprehend Mukhiya promptly.

Should he evade arrest or fail to appear in court within a month, the court has empowered the investigating agency to seize his assets through public announcement.

Sanjeev Mukhiya faces allegations of masterminding the leaks of several critical examinations, including the Bihar Public Service Commission teacher recruitment test, constable recruitment assessment, and the NEET exam.
