The Jaipur Meteorological Centre has issued an orange alert for certain areas in the state, cautioning residents about severe weather conditions in numerous districts, including the state capital, Jaipur.

The Meteorological Centre predicts light to moderate rain, along with thunder, lightning, and gusty winds reaching speeds of 40-50 km/hour in places such as Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Phalodi, Jodhpur, Dausa, Bikaner, Nagaur, Pali, and Sri Ganganagar, along with neighboring regions. Isolated hailstorms are also anticipated during this time.

Jaipur and its surroundings have been experiencing cool winds and light rain since early morning, resulting in a drop in temperatures across districts like Bikaner, Jaisalmer, and Sri Ganganagar.
