New Delhi, March 4 (NationPress) In a significant advancement for the ‘Make in India’ initiative, Ennoconn, a subsidiary of Foxconn, is poised to commence its operations in India, concentrating on the industrial automation and digital transformation sectors. Reports indicate that the Taiwanese firm has established a company in Tamil Nadu to introduce its products into the local market.

Foxconn, the parent company, operates an Apple iPhone assembly facility in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, currently employing around 40,000 individuals.

Ennoconn Corporation stands as a global leader in integrated cloud management services, Industrial IoT, and embedded technology.

Since 2007, Ennoconn has been a subsidiary of Foxconn Technology Group, headquartered in New Taipei City.

The Ennoconn Group provides top-tier industrial IoT, embedded technology, design manufacturing services, and IT/system integration services across high-growth markets such as Smart City, Smart Manufacturing, Smart Retail, Financial Services, and Media and Entertainment.

These investments have already resulted in a substantial increase in production and sales, reaching Rs 12.50 lakh crore, while generating approximately 9.5 lakh jobs—a figure expected to rise to 12 lakhs soon.
