Dewald Brevis top-scored with a punishing 44 off 27 balls as Chennai Super Kings posted 180/7 in 20 overs against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Match 63 of IPL 2026 at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Monday, 18 May. Despite losing wickets at regular intervals, CSK's middle-order resilience carried them to a competitive total on a surface that offered something for the bowlers.

Explosive Start, Early Setbacks

Asked to bat first, CSK came out swinging. Brevis-Dube Partnership Lifts CSK

Shivam Dube and Dewald Brevis combined to rescue CSK from a precarious 91/4.
