Wollongong (Australia), March 22 (NationPress) Diksha Dagar maintained her position in the Top 10 for the third consecutive day, with Pranavi Urs joining her at the conclusion of the third round of the Ford Women’s NSW Open on Saturday. Diksha improved her score by adding a 2-under 69 to her previous rounds of 67-68, placing her at Tied-eighth with a total of 9-under for 54 holes in challenging windy conditions.

Pranavi, after rounds of 71-68, delivered an impressive 5-under 66 to elevate her to T-10. Meanwhile, rookie Avani Prashanth made a notable impression with a 1-under 70, featuring an eagle on the Par-13th. This marks her third cut made in as many appearances, following victories in the Women's Professional Golf Tour (WPGT) and the Ladies European Tour (LET) Access.

English rookie Mimi Rhodes will head into the final round with a one-shot lead after she recorded a bogey-free 68 (-3), bringing her total to 15-under. She is followed closely by Italian Alessandra Fanali who shot 64 to reach 14-under.

Kirsten Rudgeley from Australia and Nuria Iturrioz from Spain are tied for third at 12-under.

Diksha, who has secured two LET titles and was runner-up in the Lalla Meryem Cup in Morocco this year, achieved three birdies on the 10th, 11th, and 13th holes, with her only dropped shot occurring on the seventh.

Pranavi, playing alongside fellow Indian Avani, had an unusual round, scoring 5-under with five consecutive birdies from the 10th to the 14th, with the remaining holes resulting in pars.

Avani had a bogey on the ninth, but after an eagle on the 13th, she dropped another shot on the 16th yet managed to secure a birdie on the 18th to finish under par.

Mimi Rhodes and Fanali both remained bogey-free for the day. The 23-year-old Rhodes, after an impressive amateur career, is in pursuit of her first victory on the LET in just her fourth event as a full member.

In a tie for third at 12-under are Kirsten Rudgeley and Nuria Iturrioz. Sara Kouskova had a disappointing windy day in Wollongong, scoring a 72 (+1) and dropping to a tie for fifth at 11-under.
