Chennai, Dec 29 (NationPress) Renowned Indian racer, Hemanth Muddappa from Mantra Racing, has claimed the title of triple champion by excelling in three different categories, thus achieving his remarkable 15th National win at the final round of the MMSC FMSCI Indian National Motorcycle Drag Racing Championship 2024, held at the Madras International Circuit (MIC) on Sunday.
The racing sensation from Bengaluru, celebrated for his remarkable talent and mastery on the drag-strip, clinched his 13th title even before hitting the track, having secured an unassailable lead of 29 points in the 4-stroke 1051 to 1650cc Super Sport class. Today, he marked a historic achievement by competing in three additional classes, winning two of them, which earned him the coveted triple crown in the 2024 Nationals and his unprecedented 15th National title overall. He also finished second in one of the other classes.
