With Chhattisgarh Hockey and Manipur Hockey finishing as the top two teams in Division ‘B’, they will be promoted to Division ‘A’. In the elite division, Uttar Pradesh Hockey, Hockey Association of Odisha, and Hockey Jharkhand emerged victorious in their respective matches.
