Chennai, March 31 (NationPress) The forward for Chennaiyin FC, Irfan Yadwad, has been awarded the Emerging Player of the Month for March 2025 due to his outstanding performances, notably scoring twice against Jamshedpur FC.
Yadwad has established himself as a reliable contributor and is experiencing a breakout year with the Marina Machans. He participated in both matches for Chennaiyin FC this month, netting a brace in a thrilling 5-2 win in their final home match.
The 23-year-old forward from Goa has tallied five goals and delivered four assists in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 season. In addition to his significant offensive skills, Yadwad has demonstrated remarkable work ethic, duel-winning capability, and defensive recoveries.
