Patna, May 13 (NationPress) Kadir Khan from Uttar Pradesh has shattered the 400m record at the Khelo India Youth Games 2025, achieving this remarkable feat twice within just 24 hours during the exciting events at Patliputra Sports Complex on Tuesday.

Aditya Pisal emerged as the fastest boy of the Games with a stunning performance, helping Maharashtra maintain its lead in the medal standings.

In his debut at the Khelo India Youth Games, Khan first broke the 400m record on Monday and then went on to improve his time to 47.34 seconds in the final. He pushed Piyush Raj from Bihar to the silver medal with a time of 47.43 seconds, while Sayed Sabeer from Karnataka secured bronze with 47.50 seconds. Both Raj and Sabeer also surpassed the previous meet record.

Khan expressed his surprise to SAI Media, stating, “I did not expect that I would be able to run so well. This was my first Khelo India Youth Games.
