New Delhi, May 1 (NationPress) Kishore Jena, the Asian Games silver medallist in javelin throwing and the second-highest thrower in India's history, has officially confirmed his participation in the inaugural Neeraj Chopra Classic (NC Classic) 2025 javelin throw championship, scheduled for May 24 in Bengaluru.

"The Asian Games silver medallist, known for his elite 87m+ throws, Kishore Jena is set for the #NCClassic2025," the event organizers announced via social media.

Jena's notable accomplishments include clinching a silver medal at the 2022 Asian Games and achieving a top-five finish at the 2023 World Championships.
