Legend 90 League: A Tribute to Cricket's Heritage, According to the Founder

Delhi, Jan 10 (NationPress) The Legend 90 League, kicking off on February 6, aims to revive legendary players in a groundbreaking 90-ball format. Notable former cricketers like Harbhajan Singh, Shikhar Dhawan, Dinesh Karthik, Moeen Ali, Ross Taylor, and Martin Guptill are among the stars participating in this event.

According to the league's founder Shivain Sharma, the forthcoming league serves as an ideal platform for fans to witness their beloved cricketers back in action, with six franchises competing for the championship.

"The Legend 90 League is more than just a revival of cricket legends on the field; it offers fans the opportunity to watch their cherished former players compete once again. This league is crafted to allow players, who may not be in the international limelight, to demonstrate their talent alongside cricketing icons," stated Sharma.

"Our goal is to motivate future generations and remind fans of the enduring essence of the game. Legend 90 transcends being just a tournament—it is a celebration of cricket’s heritage, merging nostalgia with intense competition and entertainment," he added.

The founder also highlighted the distinctive 90-ball format as central to the league’s appeal. "The 90-ball format is the core of the Legend 90 League, providing an exhilarating and rapid experience that changes the way cricket is played and enjoyed. This innovative structure not only challenges players' strategic abilities but also keeps fans thrilled throughout the matches," he explained.
