Manchester, July 22 (NationPress) Goalkeeper Elyh Harrison has officially signed with Shrewsbury Town in League Two on loan for the 2025/26 season.
The 19-year-old goalkeeper is set to embrace his second loan opportunity, having previously had a remarkable six-month stint with Chester in the National League North during the 2024/25 season.
After making 18 appearances for the Seals, Harrison returned to United in January to join the club's Under-21s and was included in the senior matchday squad for the first time as an unused substitute in February.
Elyh joined United in 2022 from Stevenage, where he honed his skills within their Under-18s setup, showcasing exceptional talent and composure with the ball, alongside impressive shot-stopping skills.
His performances throughout the 2023/24 season were particularly noteworthy, as he played a key role in leading the U18s to an extraordinary trio of trophies, earning the Denzil Haroun Reserve-Team Player of the Year award in the process.
