New Delhi, March 18 (NationPress) Bangladesh captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz has achieved remarkable progress in the ODI rankings after an outstanding display against Pakistan during the recently finished three-match ODI series at home.

Mehidy ascended nine places to rank joint seventh in the ODI bowlers' standings and improved by two spots to secure the second position among ODI all-rounders.

Throughout the series against Pakistan, Mehidy showcased his talent, claiming five wickets over three matches, making him one of Bangladesh's standout players.

Additionally, Tanzid Hasan, who recorded his first century against Pakistan, soared 31 positions to 55th, while Litton Das climbed ten spots to 82nd. In terms of bowling, Taskin Ahmed moved up 12 places to 28th, and Mustafizur Rahman gained 13 places to reach 47th.

Despite the series loss, Salman Ali Agha from Pakistan improved nine positions to joint ninth in the ODI batting rankings and rose three slots to joint 10th among ODI all-rounders.
