Lahore, March 16 (NationPress) Corbin Bosch, the 30-year-old South African all-rounder, has been served with a legal notice by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for breaching his contractual obligations after withdrawing from the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) season.

Bosch was originally scheduled to represent Peshawar Zalmi in the PSL but chose to withdraw following his selection as a replacement player for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2025. He was brought in as a substitute for Lizaad Williams, who was sidelined due to an injury.

According to a statement from the PCB, “The legal notice was issued through his agent, and the player has been requested to explain his actions regarding the withdrawal from his professional and contractual commitments.”

“The PCB management has also detailed the consequences of his exit from the league and anticipates his response within the given timeframe. The PCB will refrain from providing further comments on this issue.”

The six-team tournament will feature a total of 34 matches from April 11 to May 18, with Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium hosting 13 matches, including two eliminators and the final on May 18.

PSL Season 10 will kick off with defending champions Islamabad United facing off against two-time champions Lahore Qalandars at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

The Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium will stage 11 matches, including Qualifier 1 on May 13. Karachi’s National Stadium and Multan Cricket Stadium will each host five matches. The tournament will also include three doubleheaders, featuring two matches on weekends (Saturday) and one on a national holiday (Labour Day).
