Mumbai, May 20 (NationPress) The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) has officially revealed the updated schedule for the T20 Mumbai League 2025, taking place at the Wankhede Stadium and DY Patil Stadium over a thrilling nine-day period from June 4 to June 12.

This rescheduling comes as a result of the prolonged IPL 2025 season, which was altered due to adjustments made for national interests.

Fans can expect a packed tournament with four matches daily, split between the two venues. Wankhede Stadium will host games at 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM, while DY Patil Stadium will see matches at 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

“The unanimous decision to revise the T20 Mumbai League 2025 schedule was reached after thorough discussions with both the MCA Apex Council and the League’s Governing Council. In respect of national interests and to prevent any clashes with the TATA IPL, we deemed it essential to carve out a dedicated timeframe that grants Mumbai fans a chance to fully immerse themselves in the excitement of cheering for their local heroes in a league that has returned after six years. We are optimistic that this iteration of the T20 Mumbai League will reveal fresh talent who will uphold Mumbai’s illustrious cricketing tradition,” stated Abhay Hadap, secretary of MCA.

The T20 Mumbai League, recognized as one of India’s premier franchise-based domestic T20 tournaments, will showcase 23 exhilarating matches featuring both well-known Indian players and emerging local talent.

The tournament will kick off with an electrifying match between ARCS Andheri, featuring icon player Shivam Dube, and SoBo Mumbai Falcons, led by Shreyas Iyer, at the DY Patil Stadium. The stadium will also host another clash on the same day, with Triumph Knights Mumbai North East, led by Suryakumar Yadav, facing off against the Eagle Thane Strikers.

Each team will compete in five matches during the league stage, with the top four teams progressing to the semi-finals scheduled for June 10 at the Wankhede Stadium. The final will also be held there on June 12. Both the semi-finals and the final have reserve days on June 11 and June 13, respectively, to ensure fair play in case of weather interruptions.
