Srinagar, Aug 5 (NationPress) A significant administrative reshuffle took place in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday as fourteen IAS officers, including four Deputy Commissioners, were transferred. An order from the General Administration Department (GAD) confirmed the immediate transfer of these officials.
Among the changes, Naveen S.L. (AGMUT: 2012), previously Secretary in the Transport Department, is now appointed as Secretary in the Civil Aviation Department, relieving Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary (AGMUT: 2009) of his additional duties.
Avny Lavasa (AGMUT: 2013), who was awaiting posting orders, has been assigned as Secretary to the Government in the Transport Department.
Additionally, Anshul Garg (AGMUT: 2013), who served as Chief Executive Officer of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, has been appointed as the new Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir.
