Jammu, Feb 20 (NationPress) The J&K Administration initiated a significant reshuffle in the civil administration on Friday, resulting in the transfer of several IAS officers, including those at the level of Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary).

A total of 22 IAS and JKAS officers underwent transfers.

Ashwani Kumar, IAS (AGMUT: 1992), has been assigned as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) in the Power Development Department. He will also take on the additional responsibility of Administrative Secretary for the Mining Department.

Ashish Chandra Verma, IAS (AGMUT: 1994), serving as Financial Commissioner (ACS) in the Tourism Department, will additionally manage the Agriculture Production Department.
