Mumbai, Nov 3 (NationPress) Following the release of the title song from Aanand L Rai’s ‘Tere Ishk Mein’, the creators have debuted the second track from the much-anticipated drama, ‘Usey Kehna’.
Composed by the legendary A. R. Rahman, the poignant lyrics are penned by Irshad Kamil. The vocals for this track are beautifully rendered by Nitesh Aher and Jonita Gandhi.
Elaborating on the origin of this melodious piece, A. R. Rahman mentioned, “This upcoming song, Usey Kehna, was inspired by our journey to Himachal, where we were captivated by the reflection of the mountains in the Ganges. The surroundings played a vital role in shaping the melody, influencing our teams including Aanand L Rai, Irshad Kamil, Himanshu, which evolved into a composition featuring just the essentials of piano, strings, and the fresh voice of Nitesh. I hope listeners will enjoy it as much as we did while creating it.”
Aanand L Rai expressed, “Music is the most powerful form of magic… and I’ve had the honor of witnessing the greatest magician, the one and only A. R. Rahman, at work. Usey Kehna is another treasure, coming straight from our hearts.”
Producer Bhushan Kumar remarked, “Usey Kehna encapsulates the unexpressed feelings central to ‘Tere Ishk Mein’. It’s a song about love that remains constant; one that is raw, genuine, and profoundly human. With A. R. Rahman’s soulful composition, Irshad Kamil’s touching lyrics, and Nitesh Aher’s vocals, all complemented by Aanand L Rai’s flawless storytelling and visuals that authentically portray the vulnerability of the two characters, this track gracefully conveys the film’s emotional essence.”
Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, and Colour Yellow present ‘Tere Ishk Mein’, co-produced by Aanand L Rai, Himanshu Sharma, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar.
Directed by Aanand L Rai, the film's screenplay is crafted by Himanshu Sharma and Neeraj Yadav.
Starring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon in lead roles, ‘Tere Ishk Mein’ is set to hit theaters in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on November 28.
