In a special statement given to IANS, the actor disclosed that he lost around 5 kilos to create a toned, combat-ready physique that fits the character of a soldier. To fulfill the rigorous requirements of the role, Ahan adhered to a meticulously planned diet that emphasized high protein, healthy fats, and clean eating, while drastically reducing his carbohydrate intake.
