Patna, March 28 (NationPress) The Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, Vijay Kumar Sinha, stated on Friday that individuals from foreign nations infiltrate India and instigate anarchism, asserting that the Immigration and Foreigners Bill 2025 will effectively tackle this issue.

This comment came in response to Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s remarks on the Immigration and Foreigners Bill 2025 during a Lok Sabha session on Thursday. "Those who threaten national security will be barred from entering the country. India is not a ‘dharamshala’. If anyone arrives to contribute to the nation’s progress, they are always welcome," the Home Minister stated while engaging in a debate regarding the Immigration and Foreigners Bill 2025, which was subsequently approved by the Lower House.

Deputy CM Sinha emphasized that this Bill aims to confront the urgent challenge of illegal immigration and its implications for national security.

"In India, our citizens, regardless of caste or religion, hold the primary rights. Foreigners who intrude and create anarchism will not be tolerated. The Union Home Minister has accurately highlighted this issue. We will not accept any mindset that seeks to make our nation a slave. There is no room for anti-national or corrupt individuals in our country," he asserted.

Dilip Jaiswal, the president of the BJP's Bihar unit, also backed Amit Shah's statement, criticizing opposition parties for allegedly defending individuals engaged in anti-national activities.

"Our Union Home Minister emphasized that the country is not a dharamshala. Certain political factions shield those involved in anti-national actions. I urge these parties to cease their politics of appeasement. Amit Shah articulated the truth," Jaiswal stated.

In response to the recent chaos at West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee’s event in London, Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha criticized her leadership.

"How can the nation support Mamata Banerjee given her current path? If she protects traitors in our country, the consequences will be severe," Sinha remarked.

Regarding Amit Shah's forthcoming two-day visit to Bihar, Deputy CM Sinha expressed excitement, emphasizing the development-oriented nature of the trip.

"He is arriving with a vision for a developed Bihar, and the entire state is ready to welcome him," he stated.

The Immigration and Foreigners Bill 2025 has sparked significant political discourse in Bihar.
