Satna (MP), Dec 29 (NationPress) The husband of a BJP Councillor has been apprehended in connection with the alleged rape of a woman at knifepoint, according to a senior police official in the Satna district of Madhya Pradesh.
Authorities reported that Ashok Singh, the spouse of a BJP councillor from the Rampur Baghelan Nagar Parishad, was taken into custody late on Sunday night. He faces multiple charges, including criminal intimidation and indecent behavior.
“A video circulating on social media showed an individual threatening the victim. The victim subsequently lodged a written complaint against the accused.
