Guwahati, March 31 (NationPress) In a significant announcement, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma unveiled a comprehensive set of commitments during the launch of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) election manifesto in preparation for the upcoming Assembly elections.
