Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma Highlights the Importance of Quality in Rajasthan House Reconstruction in Delhi

Jaipur, Dec 20 (NationPress) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Thursday emphasized the need to focus on the quality of work during the reconstruction of Rajasthan House in the national capital as he reviewed the renovation progress.
He also conducted inspections at Bikaner House and Udaipur House.
While overseeing the reconstruction of Rajasthan House situated on Prithviraj Road in Delhi, the Chief Minister instructed the relevant officials to accelerate the work and ensure its timely completion.
Sharma highlighted that, in addition to adhering to the timeline, the quality of construction is of utmost importance.
During the inspection, officials provided the Chief Minister with a comprehensive overview of the building and informed him about the progress of the construction of Rajasthan House, which is being developed at a cost of Rs 136 crore.
The reconstruction of Rajasthan House, which spans an area of 7,050 square meters, serves as a state guest house for the Rajasthan government.
The architectural design will reflect the artistic style of Rajasthan beautifully. Additionally, Dholpur sandstone cladding will be applied to the building's outer walls.
The new Rajasthan House will feature two basements, a ground floor, and six additional floors.
The basement will provide parking, while the main building will include a lobby, cafeteria, waiting area, dining space, fountain, hanging chandelier, atrium, and more.
The first floor will house a conference hall, library, gym, terrace garden, party hall, yoga room, and additional amenities on the roof.
Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma also inspected Udaipur House. During this visit, he inquired about the construction plans for Udaipur House from the officials.
Furthermore, during his inspection of Bikaner House, he directed the present officials to transform Bikaner House into a cultural centre.
Numerous officers and employees from the Rajasthan government were present during the Chief Minister's inspection tours.
