Bengaluru's suburban areas are leading the real estate market, with the northern, eastern, and southern corridors experiencing rapid development. Notably, the northern corridor is witnessing significant appreciation due to various infrastructural advancements, including the Peripheral Ring Road, Airport Metro line, suburban rail, and upgrades to national highways. These projects have greatly improved connectivity, appealing to both homebuyers and investors.
“Earlier, growth followed water; today, it follows infrastructure,” remarked Nagendrappa.
This event will unite prominent developers, banks, and housing finance companies to present Karnataka’s evolving real estate landscape across residential, commercial, and infrastructural segments.
Also present at the announcement were Mamta Bharaktiya, Joint Secretary, Mahaveer S. Mehta, Secretary, and Anil Nayak, CEO of CREDAI Karnataka.
