Bengaluru, Sep 17 (NationPress) Former Prime Minister and JD(S) Rajya Sabha Member H.D. Deve Gowda has penned a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, extending his best wishes on the occasion of his 75th birthday this Wednesday. His son, Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, remarked that PM Modi’s unwavering commitment to guide India as a preeminent global leader has made every Indian proud.

Deve Gowda expressed on X, "I wish Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi a joyous 75th birthday. May the divine grant him a long life and robust health to continue serving our nation for many more years. I have sent him a letter for this special occasion."

In his letter to PM Modi, Deve Gowda conveyed, "Wishing you a very happy 75th birthday. May God always be by your side, granting you the strength to elevate our nation to new heights. Over the past 11 years of your leadership, you have fostered social and economic stability and security. The people of India have recognized this at every turn and in every election. India, being a vast, diverse, and intricate nation, presents a challenge to maintain unity and tranquility," as stated by Deve Gowda.

"A noticeable shift in the nation’s mood has occurred over the last decade. Historically, there was a widespread belief that only the Congress party could unify this country and provide stability and effective governance. However, you have shattered that myth. You have demonstrated that this nation possesses an abundant reservoir of talent, which, through greater dedication and sincerity, will always strive for improved solutions. You have unlocked the potential of our democratic nation and instilled unwavering faith in its promising future," emphasized Deve Gowda.
