Mumbai, December 1 (NationPress) The talented actor Diljit Dosanjh is set to star in the upcoming war film "Border 2", directed by Anurag Singh. As anticipation grows for this much-anticipated sequel, the production team has revealed a gripping first look of the Punjabi star across social media platforms.

The newly released poster features Diljit portraying an air force officer in "Border 2".

Seated in his aircraft, he is depicted amidst a chaotic war scenario, with adversaries attacking him from every direction.

With his hands and face smeared in blood, Diljit showcases a fierce and intense expression.

Accompanying the fierce portrayal, the makers wrote, "Iss Desh ke Aasmaan Mein Guru ke Baaz Pehra dete hain 🇮🇳 #Border2 in cinemas January 23, 2026. (sic)"

Diljit also shared a video clip on social media, confidently striding in an Air Force uniform, with the iconic tune from the song 'Sandese Aate Hain' from the original "Border" playing in the background.

Just last month, fans were treated to the initial look of Varun Dhawan from the film.

In this look, Varun is seen in the midst of a dramatic war scene, his face and clothes covered in dirt, dressed in military attire with ammunition visibly strapped across his chest.

“Border uska farz hai aur Bharat uska pyaar!,” read the caption accompanying the post from the makers.

Directed by Anurag Singh, "Border 2" serves as a sequel to JP Dutta’s acclaimed 1997 film, "Border", which is set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.

Starring Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty, Medha Rana, Mona Singh, and Sonam Bajwa, among others, the film promises to deliver an action-packed narrative.
