Jaipur, Oct 1 (NationPress) Rajasthan Congress President Govind Singh Dotasra has launched a fierce critique of the BJP administration, alleging significant corruption within the Education Department and claiming RSS involvement in administrative issues.
Speaking at the Congress War Room in Jaipur, Dotasra remarked, “There is extensive corruption in the transfer procedures for principals. The BJP government has established a convoluted three-tier approval system—each more obscure than the last. Documents are issued, denied, and reissued, ultimately landing with the RSS, which now serves as the final arbiter.”
He asserted that approximately 5,000 principal transfers have occurred recently, with manipulation evident at every level.
“We started with 800 names, which ballooned to over 3,500, ultimately falling into the hands of brokers. I can confidently state—this is a transfer scam.”
Dotasra also criticized the Education Minister for shifting blame, stating, “If the system is this compromised, how can he direct accusations elsewhere?”
Furthermore, Dotasra accused the BJP of tampering with voter lists ahead of the elections. “They sway Election Commission officials, inject fake names, and remove legitimate voters—particularly those who back Congress or other opposition parties. Voter lists are conveniently unveiled just 24 hours before voting. This transcends malpractice; it is a murder of democracy.”
He condemned the Central government’s GST policy, stating it has resulted in a decade of economic oppression.
“Now, fearing defeat, they have started to announce GST reductions. However, this has not lowered prices or benefitted the common citizen.”
Promising to hold the BJP accountable in the forthcoming local body and panchayat elections, he declared, “You may delay elections, but you cannot evade defeat. Even BJP supporters are dissatisfied with this government’s performance.”
Dotasra’s birthday turned into a display of political strength, with Congress leaders and supporters from across Rajasthan congregating at the party's war room.
Tents were set up along the road, and the city was adorned with banners and billboards in celebration. State leaders, including Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa and Tika Ram Jully, were in attendance as Dotasra cut his birthday cake, receiving well-wishes throughout the day.
