Los Angeles, Sep 30 (NationPress) Hollywood actress Elizabeth Olsen, who is reprising her Scarlet Witch role in ‘Marvel Zombies’, revealed that she has no memory of the voice she used for the character, citing that it has been quite some time since.

The actress is lending her voice once again to the fan-favorite superhero in this four-episode animated series on Disney+, a spinoff of ‘What If…?’. The show is set in a universe where a significant portion of the population, including the Avengers, has turned into zombies, according to reports from ‘Variety’.

Olsen joins several returning Marvel stars, such as Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Iman Vellani as Ms. Marvel, and Simu Liu as Shang-Chi.

During her appearance at the Los Angeles Comic Con, she mentioned, “I truly recorded that years ago. I can’t remember anything. I need to watch it. I have no idea what happens in ‘Marvel Zombies’.”

She elaborated, “It’s my voice. I did it at home; I wasn’t even in a studio. This must have been in 2020 or 2021? Why was I working from home and not in a studio? I really have no idea what it was like. I sincerely apologize.”

According to ‘Variety’, Olsen first appeared as Scarlet Witch in the post-credits scene of 2014’s ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ before taking on a significant supporting role in 2015’s ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’.

Since then, she has starred in major films like ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ and ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’, and headlined the Disney+ series ‘WandaVision’, for which she received an Emmy nomination.

The ‘Doctor Strange’ sequel remains Olsen’s most recent in-person appearance as Scarlet Witch, where her character transformed into a full-blown villain, concluding with Scarlet Witch trapped under a fallen building.

Her future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is uncertain, and neither she nor Marvel has disclosed when Scarlet Witch will return. She has not been confirmed for the cast of ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ but mentioned last year that she is open to reprising her role.
