Dublin, Sep 24 (NationPress) - Ireland’s talented women’s spin bowler Freya Sargent has made the decision to temporarily withdraw from international cricket due to personal matters, as reported by Ireland Cricket.
At just 19 years old, Sargent debuted for the national team in 2023, accumulating 16 ODI and 16 T20I appearances, during which she secured a total of 33 wickets across these formats. She also showcased her skills in the first two ICC Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cups held in 2023 and 2025.
