The Chief Minister emphasized that all citizen grievances reported through various channels, including the Roads and Buildings Department’s 24x7 control room, the ‘GujMarg’ mobile app, municipal applications, WhatsApp, websites, helpline numbers, City Civic Centres, and Command & Control Centres must be addressed in a timely and effective manner, with vigilant monitoring by the relevant officials for quick resolution.
