He stated that the state government, alongside the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, is commemorating the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur with significant reverence.
“The objective is to spread the Guru’s vital message of sacrifice, bravery, and faith to the general populace.” He emphasized that Guru Tegh Bahadur sacrificed his life for the safeguarding of humanity, religion, and the nation—an inspiring legacy that must be conveyed to future generations.

He announced that four sacred Nagar Kirtan Yatras have been organized throughout Haryana to honor the 350th martyrdom anniversary, encompassing all districts of the state. These yatras will culminate in Kurukshetra on November 24. The day after, a mahasamagam will occur in Kurukshetra, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi serving as the chief guest.
The Chief Minister urged devotees to bring their families to the holy land of Kurukshetra and partake in this historic and spiritually significant event.
